Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Stores Person/Admin Assistant role based in Wrotham, Kent. The role involves managing stock levels, receiving and dispatching survey equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the store area is organized and secure. The Stores Person/Admin Assistant will process orders, prepare equipment for hire or sale, and support servicing logistics by coordinating deliveries and collections. The role also includes general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, updating customer and equipment records, and preparing basic documentation and reports. Day-to-day, the position requires close collaboration with the sales and service teams to support smooth operations and consistent customer service.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills to support equipment hire and sales transactions in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage stock, maintain accurate records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities to learn product details quickly and, where required, guide colleagues or customers on basic equipment handling.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in stores or warehousing, proficiency with basic office software, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to inventory management.
- A background in technical or equipment-based environments and a valid driver’s license would be advantageous.
