Job Description
Location: T E S, Unit 16, Kilcronagh Business Park, Cookstown, County Tyrone, BT80 9HJ
As a Stores Supervisor you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of parts and components in compliance with business need.
About The Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and comply with Departmental KPI’s
- Assist the purchasing department in controlling and administering the receipt and/or return of supplies.
- Ensuring all Tools/equipment are signed out and returned as required
- Checking of delivery notes to ensure they correctly describe product/service supplied.
- Ensure accuracy of paperwork and SAGE information for all goods in Stores
- Track and monitor and organise stock levels as required by Workshop demand.
- Track and monitor and organise stock levels as required by Site demand.
- Report all problems, concerns, incidents & accidents to management promptly,
- Identification and implementation of solution/improvements/preventative action where possible.
- Forklift truck driving is desirable. (Training will be provided).
- Assist in the Company’s health and safety efforts by maintaining a good level of housekeeping and considering health and safety at all times.
- Prepare & present information to assist in ISO9001 / ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
- Use Company vehicles in accordance with Road Traffic Order & Company Drivers Policy.
- Perform security duties – gates / bollards etc.
- Procure & deliver PPE to employees.
- Liaise closely with accounts department and assist in financial audits.
- Key holder duties.
- Perform any other duties as necessary.
