Stores/Warehouse Manager
Reds10 is looking for an experienced and driven Stores Manager to lead our Stores function and play a key role in supporting our innovative offsite manufacturing and construction operations.
This is an exciting opportunity if you are highly organised with strong inventory, logistics and people management experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring materials, plant and equipment are available when and where they are needed, while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency and exceptional service standards across the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Stores and Facilities Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of our Stores operation, leading a dedicated team and ensuring safe, efficient and compliant processes throughout the supply chain.
You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to optimise stock control, logistics planning and material flow, helping to deliver successful project outcomes and support future business growth.

- Lead, develop and motivate the Stores Team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- Ensure safe, efficient and compliant stores operations at all times.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock control processes and audit readiness.
- Oversee goods receipt, inspection, quarantine procedures and material storage.
- Coordinate the timely movement of materials, equipment and site kits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support production and operational requirements.
- Produce and maintain logistics plans to ensure effective material flow across the business.
- Support stock takes, reconciliations and reporting activities alongside Finance teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO requirements, company policies and health & safety legislation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience managing stores, warehousing, inventory or logistics operations within a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment.
- People management skills.
- Experience managing inventory control systems and stock accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Adaptable and proactive approach to changing business requirements.
- Be eligible to gain and maintain UK Security clearance
