With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Storytelling Editor to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

At Larian, storytelling is core to our identity. As we prepare for our next chapter, we’re looking to bring the best storytellers from every medium together in a dedicated department. Different disciplines, different backgrounds, different voices, all contributing to the outstanding narratives of our next projects for decades to come.

We're looking for a Storytelling Editor to join the team, ideally with a background in Narrative Design and with a deep interest in RPGs.

This role will be offered as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract of Employment, with scope to be extended or converted in future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
