The Strand Administrator and Engagement Coordinator is integral to the running of the Strand store and provides administrative, logistical and health and safety support to the shop and the Brand Ambassadors, helping to drive commercial success. To be successful in this role, you will create brilliant consumer experiences that establish Twinings as a leading wellbeing drinks brand.

Please note: This role is full time and fixed term at 10 months.

  • Ensure the Strand is a worthy flagship store and wellbeing hub for Twinings by delivering an excellent forecast, managing the stock levels and driving the efficient procurement of third-party products.
  • Effectively plan and manage daily logistics to guarantee the smooth running of the Strand store.
  • Maintain, develop and improve security and H&S standards both in store and in the new office space to ensure exceptional wellbeing for customers and team members.
  • Actively shape the future for the Strand by identifying new commercial opportunities and delivering strong results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Great logistical mind with a passion for problem solving.
  • Strong ability to prioritise, plan and look towards the future.
  • Flexible and agile in a fast paced and ever-changing retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Strong communicator dedicated to building new relationships and fostering a great team spirit.
  • Experience and knowledge of till systems.
  • Intermediate excel skills
