About Plentific
Plentific is redefining how property is managed in real time. Our cloud-based platform, supply chain and services help landlords run repairs, maintenance and compliance faster, with the data to make decisions instantly.
In the UK, we partner with housing associations and local authorities to tackle the sector's biggest challenges: repairs performance, disrepair, damp and mould, compliance and tenant satisfaction.
We're backed by world-class investors including Noa, Highland Europe, Brookfield, Mubadala, RXR Digital Ventures and Target Global. Headquartered in London with a global outlook, we're working towards managing over 2 million properties through our platform.
The Role
As Strategic Account Director, you'll own the full sales cycle across UK social housing, from sourcing your own pipeline to closing and growing multi-year partnerships with housing associations and local authorities.
You'll sell our SaaS platform alongside our transactional (TX) offerings, including Open Framework and Plentific Services. That means shaping blended deals that combine software, supply chain and delivery of works into one outcome for the client.
This is a hunter role with real ownership. You'll run your own discovery, demos and business cases, land new logos, expand existing accounts and own renewals. We'll back you with the tools, data and enablement to win.
You'll report into the Head of Sales. We're open to hybrid, London office-based or fully remote working.
What You'll Do
Build your own pipeline
- Self-generate the majority of your opportunities through outbound, sector networks, events and partners
- Use our CRM, sales intelligence and AI tooling to research accounts, prioritise targets and run multi-channel outreach
- Represent Plentific at sector conferences and exhibitions, and lead round-table discussions with housing leaders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
