About The Role

The Genome Strategic Account Director is accountable for leading Boldyn Networks' commercial relationship with the Wellcome Genome Campus and its wider ecosystem of organisations, tenants and strategic partners. The role is responsible for developing and executing the account growth strategy, maximising revenue, TCV and long-term customer value across the Wellcome Trust, existing campus occupiers and new organisations establishing operations within the campus.

Acting as the commercial lead and Account Director, the role will identify, develop and secure new opportunities across connectivity, digital infrastructure, smart campus, data, AI and adjacent technology services. The role combines strategic account leadership, business development, stakeholder management and commercial ownership to establish the Genome Campus as a flagship growth account for Boldyn Networks.

Working closely with customer stakeholders, campus leadership, Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance teams, the Genome Account Director will create sustainable growth whilst strengthening Boldyn's position as a trusted long-term strategic partner.

  • Secure new contracts, renewals, extensions and expansion opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
