Strategic Account Director
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Strategic Account Director within our data centre sector. You'll play a key role in developing and growing some of our most important customer relationships across Europe, helping organisations achieve their operational, commercial, and sustainability goals through innovative energy solutions.
Power without pause. Electrical Energy, Energy Storage, Heating, Cooling and (Liquid) Load Bank services without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.
What you'll do as a Strategic Account Director:
- Build, develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer retention across a portfolio of key accounts in the data centre industry in Europe.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Identify and secure complex opportunities involving energy-as-a-service, bridging power solutions, renewable integration, decarbonisation programmes, hybrid energy systems, power purchase agreements and net-zero initiatives.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, project delivery, finance, legal and HSE teams.
- Monitor customer performance and business outcomes, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
- Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, emerging technologies and energy transition opportunities.

You are:
- An experienced strategic account manager, business development professional, or consultative sales leader.
- Knowledgeable in energy solutions, distributed generation, renewables, power systems, energy transition or similar technical disciplines.
- Highly skilled at engaging and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Experienced in managing long sales cycles and negotiating large, complex commercial agreements.
- A collaborative leader who can bring together cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Comfortable travelling regularly across domestic and European markets to support customer engagement.
