POSITION DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will own a high-value book of business comprising Tier 1 commercial accounts based in the EMEA Region. You will be given a direct mandate to navigate the sophisticated, matrixed ecosystems of global financial enterprises—driving deep product adoption, securing high-value renewals, and aggressively executing net-new revenue expansion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Account Expansion: Develop a deep understanding of Tier 1 client mission sets, map complex account whitespace, and build strategic account plans to scale revenue through targeted upsell and cross-sale activities.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain immaculate, up-to-date Salesforce data for your territory, providing reliable, data-driven forecast information directly to upper management.
  • Advocacy & Net New Growth: Capitalize on existing relationships to drive referral sales and cultivate strong customer references to support broader net-new sales initiatives.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay hyper-aware of competitive movements, regulatory shifts (risk/compliance/supply chain), and market trends within the banking and insurance sectors to provide actionable feedback to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Legal, and InfoSec teams to smoothly navigate complex financial procurement cycles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
