About the Company

Sayari is the judgment infrastructure for trustworthy AI in economic security and commercial risk. The Sayari Commercial World Model resolves 11.7B+ primary-source records from 250+ jurisdictions forming the ground truth of global commerce. A Judgment Ontology, encoding over a decade of investigative tradecraft, and Superconductor, an agentic orchestration platform, deliver AI that reasons like an expert analyst, shows its work, and traces every finding to its source. Trusted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, HM Revenue & Customs, and Fortune 500 enterprises, Sayari is used by thousands of professionals across 35+ countries to secure supply chains and dismantle illicit networks. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices in London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Tel Aviv.

About the Role

We are taking the Commercial World Model into its next phase: agentic AI that reasons over it directly, running investigations and surfacing risk the way a senior analyst would, then returning sourced assessments for human review. You would build and scale a new product line with the backing of an established, proven global organization. It offers the freedom of an entrepreneur inside a business, with talented resources behind you, including forward-deployed engineers and analysts dedicated to your accounts. It is a front-row seat to the changes shaping global markets right now.

We are hiring a Strategic Account Director to bring deep subject matter expertise to our financial services vertical. You will join an already strong sales team and take it further into the relationships, domain depth, and agentic use cases this vertical needs next. You bring the network and the credibility that only years inside this sector can build. You won’t be the first rep at Sayari, but you will be one of the first people anywhere selling agentic investigation and risk agents into this vertical, on a foundation of data other vendors in our space don’t have. That’s the pitch you’ll be making, and it’s a true one.

This is a senior, relationship-led seat focused on enterprise outcomes: multiyear agreements of $2M+, and agentic AI adoption that spreads into every adjacent buying center inside your accounts. Financial services runs on relationships that take years to earn. We want people who already have them and can use them to go deeper in a vertical we are already investing in, not start one from nothing. The seat owns a high-value EMEA enterprise book with a dual mandate: expand what’s already there, and open new tier-1 logos through your own network. It is not a renewal seat, and it is not a customer-success seat with a senior title.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle: Win new business from the first conversation with a target account through a signed multiyear agreement. Self-generate 60%+ of your pipeline through your network, targeted outreach, and practitioner communities, not inbound leads.
  • Deepen the playbook: Bring domain expertise that sharpens how we sell agentic AI into this vertical. Refine our methodology, positioning, and use-case narrative based on what you know works with this buyer, and share it with the wider team.
  • Expand within accounts: Move accounts from a single agentic use case to enterprise-wide deployment across the Commercial World Model and our AI agents.
  • Map the executive landscape: Build trusted relationships across every function that touches risk: compliance and legal leadership, risk operations, investigations teams, procurement, and IT. Think Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and General Counsel.
  • Prove the agent, then scale it: Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and your forward-deployed team to get agentic workflows into production with top-tier customers first. Use early wins as references to open net-new budget across the account.
  • Inform the roadmap: You are on the front line of how this vertical reacts to agentic AI. Take that market intelligence back to Product and Engineering.
  • Run a rigorous pipeline: Maintain a predictable pipeline using a structured sales methodology, and give leadership a forecast they can plan against.

Required Skills

  • A domain expert: 15+ years immersed specifically within the financial services blue-chip segment with C-Suite level context with a focus on banking compliance, risk and technology with a real, live and verifiable network already established inside that sector. Not adjacent experience. You know the regulatory environment, the day-to-day challenges practitioners face, and the trends shaping the sector.
  • A proven closer: A history of closing multimillion-dollar, multiyear agreements and driving net-new revenue from both existing complex accounts and new logos, which you can walk through in specific, named detail.
  • A strong communicator: Executive presence that lets you explain data provenance and AI reasoning to non-technical senior stakeholders, and be treated as a peer rather than a vendor.
  • A strategist: You navigate complex procurement, legal review, and multithreaded account politics, and can move from a single buyer into two or more adjacent buying centers. You are fluent in a structured methodology such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Miller Heimann.
  • A practitioner’s peer: You have spent your career inside this vertical, not selling into it from the outside. You can hold a substantive conversation with a senior practitioner on the regulatory, operational, or risk pressures they face.
  • A builder and pioneer: You are energized by growing something rather than maintaining it, with experience building a territory, book, vertical, or motion from scratch.
  • Curious about agentic AI: You don’t need to be technical, but you need to be the person in the room who can explain what agentic AI can and can’t yet do.
  • Ready to travel: Up to 25%, to be in the room with the accounts and stakeholders that matter most.
