The Role & Team

Infovista is looking to hire a Strategic Account Director to drive our Service Assurance business across the European region. The successful candidate will drive sales and business development activities of Infovista’s strategic accounts with a focus on our automated assurance product lines.

Infovista is seeking a unique individual with a rare combination of outstanding communication skills, excellent sales expertise, ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' business in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in a variety of areas and offer significant opportunity for reward and growth. This successful candidate will join the Service Assurance sales team and work with the pre-sales, sales operations, product marketing and product development organisation to deliver successful outcomes for Infovista customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Infovista’s Automated Assurance solution in European region, with ownership of entire quote to cash process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all major customers and prospects in the region
  • Definition and execution of Account sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop qualified pipeline, and provide accurate forecast
  • Manage in region marketing and sales qualified leads- in addition develop ABM’s.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in selling products and solutions to CSPs and related businesses
  • 15+ years of total experience in Telecommunications/Networks sector
  • Candidate should have exposure to Service assurance systems and knowledge of operators OSS environments.
  • Experience in selling complex, network-based applications, including voice, video and mobile broadband
  • Experience with the operation of OSS tools, radio planning tools, and network testing & optimization tools.
  • Knowledge of how automation and machine learning can be used to reduce MTTR and improve operational efficiency.
  • Bachelors in Engineering, IT or Business Studies.
  • Knowledge of Network Testing, Planning, Optimization, Monitoring and Performance Management solutions
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience of at least one major B2B sales methodology
  • Track record of effective engagement with senior executives
  • Ability to travel within the European region.
