If you’ve grown strategic technology accounts and know how to turn enterprise relationships and consulting partnerships into meaningful commercial growth - this could be your next role!!!
Ingenio is partnering with a global digital technology business to hire a Strategic Account Director for one of its most important enterprise relationships.
You’ll own the commercial growth of a major account with an interesting dynamic: the business both sells directly to the client and partners with them to take joint propositions to their end customers.
This is not traditional account management. It’s a senior, hands-on growth role combining business development, strategic account leadership, partnerships and go-to-market execution.
What you’ll do
You’ll become the commercial driving force behind the account, with responsibility for:
- Owning the account growth strategy and building a multi-year plan with clear commercial targets and opportunities.
- Growing executive relationships across senior consulting and technology stakeholders, creating new sponsors and advocates.
- Winning new business through both direct sales into the client and joint opportunities with their end customers.
- Developing joint go-to-market strategies, identifying repeatable plays, propositions and routes to market that create growth for both organisations.
- Leading opportunities from origination to close, bringing together the right commercial, technical and delivery teams.
- Turning technical capability into commercial propositions, particularly across AI, data, cloud and software engineering.
- Shaping account marketing, including joint content, events, case studies and co-branded propositions.
- Owning pipeline and forecasting, ensuring there is a clear and credible path to revenue growth.
- Running the account rhythm, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, account planning and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Defining how the partnership operates and scales, ensuring the right people are connected at the right level across both organisations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
