Strategic Account Executive

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value strategic partners, delivering exceptional business outcomes through relationship management, commercial planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and executing impactful business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy and growth plans for a portfolio of strategic and high-value business partners.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, market expansion, and overall account performance through data-driven decision-making.
  • Support large and complex strategic accounts by contributing to commercial planning and executing high-impact initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify growth opportunities, uncover challenges, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business planning sessions, and strategic stakeholder meetings.
  • Transform analytical insights into compelling business narratives that influence decision-making and drive results.
  • Design and execute marketing, promotional, and growth initiatives to improve business performance and customer engagement.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations aligned with partner objectives and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, partnership initiatives, and investment opportunities that deliver mutual value.
  • Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing and growing key business accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations and business reviews.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts.
