I’m partnering with a global health and wellbeing organisation that supports employers in improving the health, resilience and performance of their workforce.
The business provides a broad suite of employee health solutions, spanning mental health, Employee Assistance Programmes, digital wellbeing and wider workforce support.
With an established global presence and significant enterprise customer base, the company is continuing to grow its UK commercial team.
The role
They are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to win new enterprise employer business across the UK.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on complex, consultative sales into large organisations.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Develop relationships with senior HR, Reward, Benefits and People leaders
- Navigate complex buying groups across HR, Finance, Procurement and executive stakeholders
- Sell multi-solution employee health and wellbeing programmes
- Build and manage a strategic enterprise pipeline
- Work with benefit consultants, brokers and other channel partners where relevant
- Lead commercial negotiations and close large, long-cycle enterprise opportunities

What they’re looking for
- A track record of winning large enterprise employer contracts
- Experience selling employee health, mental health, EAP, wellbeing or related workforce-benefit solutions
- Sold into HR, Reward, Benefits or People functions
- Managed complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Personally carried and delivered against a significant new-business target
- Experience working with brokers, benefit consultants or intermediary channels
- The ability to operate independently as a senior strategic seller
