Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives, building new revenue streams across a defined territory
- Grow the business across new clients, existing clients, and solution or implementation partners, with a focus on net new logos
- Execute plans that increase product exposure and identify key market opportunities and growth areas within your assigned region
- Partner with the SDR team on dedicated campaigns targeting large enterprise accounts
- Create the need for RFPs, bids, and other tenders — directly or in partnership with implementation and strategic partners — to grow net-new sales
- Convert sales-qualified leads into closed deals, and support partners in building and managing pipeline to hit revenue goals
- Lead quarterly business planning and review processes, along with regular pipeline review and forecasting
- Build client and partner relationships based on mutual trust and respect, communicating clearly and consistently throughout the sales cycle
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to sharpen Eightfold's positioning
- Advocate for client needs and influence decisions to negotiate win-win outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, including proven success selling SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated experience engaging and closing with C-suite stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or other HR applications is a strong plus, but not required
- Experience selling innovative SaaS platforms, ideally ones built on artificial intelligence
- Strong AI fluency — comfortable using AI tools to sharpen prospecting, account research, and deal strategy, and able to speak credibly with prospects about how AI drives real business value
- A track record of initiative and resourcefulness — adapting sales methods to drive new product success
- Strong territory management skills, with the ability to prioritise across a high volume of opportunities to deliver consistent, linear quarterly bookings
- Familiarity with the Challenger Sales model
- Experience leading RFP/RFI processes, ideally in a Bid Manager capacity
- A quick, intuitive read on prospect needs and priorities
- A collaborative team player who takes the lead on cross-functional initiatives — working closely with Product Management, SDR, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to structure winning approaches to new opportunities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with a disciplined, relationship-driven approach
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment — solving problems creatively and adapting quickly across multiple stakeholders and new situations

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold

Employees based near our Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week, as we believe regular in-person engagement is essential to how we build high-impact products and strong teams.
