Strategic Account Executive
From £70,000 base + Commission
London – Hybrid
We are working with a leading hospitality technology business that is looking to make a senior hire into its UK sales team.
This is a genuinely strategic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who knows how to operate at boardroom level and has a strong track record selling into hospitality.
The focus for this hire will be hotels, alongside high-value multi-site hospitality groups, resorts, and premium dining businesses. You’ll be responsible for opening up and developing a market that is still relatively untapped, giving you significant scope to build a pipeline, win major accounts, and make the space your own.
What you’ll be doing as a Strategic Account Executive:
- Own new business development across some of the UK’s largest and most strategically important hospitality accounts.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, owners, and C-suite stakeholders across hotel groups, resorts, and multi-site hospitality businesses.
- Take a consultative approach to understanding complex operational challenges and position technology solutions around genuine business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging senior prospects through to negotiation and close.
- Develop a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
- Lead polished, commercially focused presentations and product demonstrations for senior stakeholders.
- Build a deep understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and identify where the business can add value.
- Work closely with internal teams across partnerships, marketing, and sales to develop opportunities and support wider growth across the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
