The Role & Team
We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Strategic Account Executive to join our Business Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our Strategic Account Management Programme, supporting Brabners to strengthen, protect and grow some of our most important client relationships. You’ll work closely with Client Partners and account teams to coordinate account planning, use client and financial insight to identify clear actions, and maintain momentum against agreed priorities.
You’ll also help create a joined-up and insight-led approach to strategic accounts by coordinating client feedback, engagement activity, cross-selling opportunities and events, while ensuring account information remains accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Strategic Account Management Programme across different client groups.
- Support and increasingly take ownership of account review and planning meetings, including preparation, capturing insight and following up agreed actions.
- Work with Client Partners and account teams to develop practical account plans, relationship maps and client engagement activity.
- Analyse financial, relationship and client feedback data to identify growth opportunities, potential risks and priorities.
- Coordinate Client Voice activity and online client reviews, making sure feedback is followed up and translated into meaningful service improvements.
- Maintain accurate client and relationship information across systems including HubSpot and 3E.
- Plan and deliver strategic client and wider business development events, including invitations, attendance and follow-up activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
