Strategic Account Executive
Hospitality Technology & Enterprise SaaS
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £80,000 Base + Commission (OTE £130,000) + Benefits
About the Role
We're supporting a fast-growing technology business as they make a major investment into the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on expanding their presence across hotels, resorts and premium hospitality groups.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior sales professional to take ownership of a strategically important market. You'll be responsible for building relationships with executive stakeholders, winning complex enterprise opportunities and helping shape the organisation's growth within a largely untapped sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing sales strategies to win large hospitality accounts.
- Building relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across hotel and hospitality organisations.
- Managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.
- Delivering consultative, value-led sales engagements focused on business outcomes.
- Identifying and developing new revenue opportunities within enterprise hospitality clients.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
- Working closely with leadership and wider commercial teams to drive market growth.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling to senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong hospitality sector experience, ideally within hotels.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, POS, payments or hospitality solutions.
- Track record of winning and growing large strategic accounts.
- Highly consultative and relationship-driven sales approach.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within enterprise or complex sales environments.
