You’re ready for bigger deals and more influence over how they’re won. You’ve already sold SaaS into manufacturing, navigated complex buying groups, and built relationships with senior decision-makers. Now you’re looking to sharpen your enterprise sales skillset and take ownership of a smaller number of genuinely strategic accounts.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll focus on driving new ARR through complex, high-value deals, often at £1M+. You’ll lead a structured, metrics-driven sales process, engage with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders, and have the autonomy to manage opportunities effectively while being part of a highly collaborative team.

This is a growth hire, giving you the opportunity to help shape best practice as the team expands. If you’re resilient, commercially sharp, coachable, and motivated by consistently delivering £1M+ in new ARR, this is a role where your impact will be highly visible.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

We’re surrounded by machines, and our client helps manufacturers make sure those machines perform at their best. Their technology gives industrial organisations greater insight into their machines, processes, and operations, helping them improve performance, prevent failures, and maintain quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
