Strategic Account Executive

Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 base OTE: £130,000

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join a high-growth technology business, focused on winning new business across the hospitality sector.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing high-value strategic accounts, targeting fine dining restaurants, hotels, bars and multi-location hospitality groups. The role covers the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through to negotiation and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect high-value restaurant, hotel, bar and hospitality group accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Own complex sales cycles from initial outreach through to close.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic deals.
  • Build relationships with owners, senior managers and key decision-makers.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information within Salesforce or a similar CRM.

What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in direct/outbound sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, software, IT, cloud, e-commerce, POS or technology solutions.
  • Experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail or related sectors.
  • Proven experience managing complex negotiations and strategic deals.
  • Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders/C-suite and decision-makers.
  • Strong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting experience.
  • Commercially driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
