Strategic Account Executive – Strategic Supply

Location: London, UK

Work type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth and manage high-value brand partnerships within a fast-paced, evolving online delivery ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in commercial strategy, delivering measurable impact on orders, revenue, and market share, while acting as a trusted advisor to strategic supply partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, analysing complex data, and turning insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy and growth for a portfolio of high-value strategic supply partners
  • Support major accounts through high-level planning and execution of complex initiatives
  • Analyse data and transform insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic sessions to align on objectives and priorities
  • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and operational improvements
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with partner decision-makers, acting as their main point of contact
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in key account management or business development, ideally in high-growth or platform businesses
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives effectively
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of delivering results
  • Passion for the food, hospitality, or tech industries is a plus
