🚀 We’re growing and we’d love you to grow with us

We are looking for a German-speaking Strategic Account Executive to help drive Giraffe360’s growth across the German market.

Fluent German is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who not only speaks the language confidently at a professional level, but who also understands the German market, its commercial landscape and how customers within it buy, operate and build relationships.

Ideally, you will already have experience selling into Germany and may bring an existing network of contacts or industry relationships that can help open doors and accelerate growth.

As a Strategic Sales Agent you will help drive growth through new business opportunities, strategic sales and strong industry relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and partners, and helping position our product as a valuable solution within the market.

You will work closely with commercial leadership to support go-to-market activity, build pipelines and help convert opportunities into long term revenue. The strategic sales role will be working in tandem with a partner lead approach to sales, the strategic role differs in its focus on high value and priority accounts with expansion potential. Whilst there will be space for individual account sales where opportunities arise, the key focus should be on landing high value accounts, and trials with expansion potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, pain points and commercial drivers.
  • Position our product/service as a solution to customer challenges - with a heavy focus on content excitement and consultation across individual pipelines.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through to close, as well as identifying opportunities for continued expansion with strategic accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and customer information within the CRM.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Gather market feedback and share insights with the wider business.
  • Represent the business professionally with a strong focus on events and industry conversations.
  • Support growth initiatives and contribute ideas around new routes to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
