About Model ML

Model ML is an AI operating system transforming how major financial institutions produce and validate client-ready work. Model ML converts complex, manual processes into fully automated AI systems that scale across global teams.

Model ML has quickly become one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI platforms worldwide and recently closed a $75 million Series A, one of the largest fintech Series A rounds ever. The round was backed by FT Partners, Y Combinator, LocalGlobe, QED, 13books, and other leading global investors.

The Role

Model ML is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to build senior relationships and create access across the world's leading financial institutions. Working alongside our Enterprise Account Executives, you will use your network, influence and institutional insight to open doors, advance opportunities and expand our most strategic accounts. Much of the work is done in person: meeting executives face to face and hosting the dinners, roundtables and events where senior relationships are built. This role will be measured on access and influence: the right relationships in place, the decision path understood early, and bottlenecks cleared before they cost time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with CEOs, CIOs, COOs, business leaders and other executives who shape adoption and commercial decisions.
  • Use your network to open doors and create access to new accounts, teams and decision-makers.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the world's leading financial institutions.
  • Map each account's politics, incentives, decision-making structure and approval process.
  • Identify economic buyers, champions, blockers and other influential stakeholders.
  • Use senior relationships to remove commercial and organisational bottlenecks.
  • Bring Model ML leadership into the conversations where executive engagement can change the outcome.
  • Help expand accounts into additional teams, functions, use cases and stakeholder groups.
  • Support opportunities through pursuit, trial, deployment and expansion.
  • Provide the Enterprise Account Executive and the wider account team with prompt, clear intelligence on customer priorities, decision paths and competitive dynamics.
  • Organise and host executive dinners, roundtables, workshops and other events for large groups of senior stakeholders.
  • Represent Model ML at client meetings, conferences and industry events.
  • Travel extensively to meet customers and prospects in person.
  • Create an exceptional experience before, during and after every event and customer meeting, coordinating invitations, attendees, agendas, introductions and follow-ups with precision.
  • Maintain accurate records of relationships, decision-makers, meetings, champions, blockers and next actions.
  • Follow through relentlessly so that every introduction and meeting leads to a clear commercial action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
