Strategic Account Executive — London

Up to circa €350k OTE

On behalf of our client: We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company that builds the platform enterprises use to create and orchestrate AI workforces. Their AI workers don't just communicate through voice and email — they make decisions, take action, and run operations autonomously across entire enterprise systems. Born out of a top-tier startup accelerator and backed by leading venture capital investors with over $150M raised, the company powers critical operations for global enterprises. Their platform was built and battle-tested in the logistics industry, with a proprietary voice stack, models, and orchestration layer built from the ground up, and is now expanding into every enterprise that runs the real economy.

The Role

We're looking for a highly driven Strategic Account Executive to join our client's growing sales team. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
