Strategic Account Executive – Workforce AI, FS

Works at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation and enterprise technology change, helping organisations turn investment in new technology into measurable business impact. Continuing to invest significantly in its AI proposition and Financial Services growth strategy.

About the role

Strategic sales role focused on major banks and Financial Services organisations undergoing significant AI and technology transformation. Build relationships across complex FS accounts, identifying where workforce capability, AI readiness and skills gaps could impact the success of transformation programmes. Engage senior stakeholders across AI, Technology, Transformation, Data, Digital and business leadership. Position workforce transformation as a strategic enabler of wider AI and digital transformation rather than a standalone learning initiative. Develop opportunities around major technology programmes, AI adoption and enterprise-wide workforce change. Navigate complex buying groups and build compelling business cases linking people capability to transformation outcomes. Win and develop high-value strategic accounts, identifying opportunities to broaden relationships across functions, business units and transformation programmes. Work closely with senior leadership to shape the Financial Services proposition and strategic account approach.

Your previous experience

Successful track record selling complex transformation-led solutions into major banks or Financial Services organisations. Relevant experience could come from AI or technology upskilling, workforce transformation, digital transformation, technology consulting, AI transformation or adjacent enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of how large organisations approach AI adoption and major technology transformation. Credible engaging senior Technology, Transformation, AI, Data and business stakeholders. Comfortable developing strategic opportunities where the requirement may not initially sit within a defined budget or traditional procurement category. Experienced navigating large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and long-term transformation priorities.
