The Opportunity

Lead a small portfolio of strategically important UK & Ireland healthcare accounts. Build long-term partnerships, align Boston Scientific divisions around one account strategy, and convert customer priorities into profitable, measurable solutions that improve care and access for patients.

What You Will Do

  • Own Strategic Accounts: Develop and execute multi-year account plans with clear customer outcomes, commercial objectives, milestones, and governance.
  • Build Senior Partnerships: Create trusted relationships with executive, clinical, procurement, operational, and financial stakeholders across the NHS and other priority healthcare organisations.
  • Create One Boston Scientific Approach: Align divisions and cross-functional partners behind a coherent engagement strategy, clear priorities, and a coordinated customer experience.
  • Develop Value-Based Opportunities: Identify unmet needs and shape differentiated propositions combining products, services, solutions, and evidence of clinical, operational, and financial value.
  • Lead Complex Commercial Engagement: Shape tender and negotiation strategies, define commercial parameters, and coordinate cross-divisional agreements while protecting sustainable value and margin.
  • Drive Execution and Performance: Mobilise internal teams, maintain momentum through governance and account reviews, manage risks, and follow through on commitments and contracts.
  • Track Impact and Growth: Monitor revenue, market share, profitability, customer outcomes, and strategic milestones, using insights to adjust account priorities and plans.
  • Represent the External Environment: Bring customer, healthcare-system, procurement, reimbursement, and competitive insights into UK&I strategy and opportunity development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
