Build Executive Relationships. Drive Strategic Growth.
Are you a consultative Account Manager who enjoys influencing senior decision-makers rather than simply managing renewals?
We're partnering with a fast-growing organisation that helps some of the world's leading businesses develop the skills, capabilities, and data and AI confidence needed to drive meaningful business transformation. Working with global enterprise organisations across industries including financial services, retail, insurance, manufacturing, and the public sector, the business delivers large-scale learning, consulting, and capability programmes that create lasting organisational impact.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and grow revenue.
The Role
You'll inherit a portfolio of key strategic enterprise customers and become their trusted commercial partner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Managing a portfolio of key strategic enterprise customers.
- Building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, HR Directors, and Learning & Development leaders.
- Leading strategic account reviews and executive conversations.
- Identifying opportunities to expand customer partnerships through additional learning, consulting, and transformation programmes.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and renewals.

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys solving business problems and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
You'll likely have experience in Strategic Account Management, ideally within professional services, enterprise learning, education, consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled services.
Most importantly, you'll be commercially driven, naturally curious, and confident engaging with C-suite executives on strategic business challenges rather than transactional conversations.
