Contract Type: Permanent
Company
Our client is a multi-accredited HubSpot Solutions Partner, helping businesses unlock the full potential of HubSpot and their connected technology stack. They provide strategic consulting, implementation, optimisation, and ongoing platform management, enabling customers to improve performance, strengthen adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Their approach combines strategic consulting with a strong focus on user adoption and mastery of metrics. They help organisations turn HubSpot into a platform their teams want to use and continue using, and they run the HubSpot Adoption User Group. Their expertise is supported by rigorous HubSpot accreditations, including CRM Implementation, Platform Enablement, Data Migration, Solutions Architecture Design, and Onboarding.
Role Description
Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow the commercial relationships across a defined portfolio of their most important clients. Sitting at the intersection of commercial growth, client success, and the HubSpot ecosystem, you will act as a trusted senior partner to client leadership, identifying opportunities to deliver greater value through consulting services, retained support, and HubSpot platform expansion.
This is a commercially accountable opportunity for someone who has successfully carried and achieved revenue targets in a consultative B2B environment. You will take ownership of strategic account plans, expansion opportunities, and commercial forecasting, while working closely with Principal Consultants and HubSpot representatives. The successful candidate will be self-directed, comfortable operating within a scaling function, and capable of building long-term partnerships rather than pursuing transactional sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
