Strategic Account Manager - Big4 Consultancies
We're looking for an Strategic Account Manager - Big4 Consultancies supporting the Agencies and Consultancies vertical at Similarweb!
Why is this role so important at Similarweb?
You will be fully responsible and autonomous for developing, executing, and owning a long-term Account Strategy for all our global Big 4 client relationships (EY, PWC, KPMG, and Deloitte) via new business, retention, and account expansion. You'll grow strong relationships, shaping and driving content, as well as becoming the alternative data expert in the investment, private equity, and corporate due diligence space.
What does the day to day of an Strategic Account Manager - Big4 Consultancies look like:
- Grow strong relationships, shaping and driving content, as well as becoming the alternative data expert with experience with PE/VC on due diligence, and/or knowledge and experience specific to buy-side and sell-side
- Manage and develop long-term partnerships with the client base
- Consult customers around best practices for Similarweb’s insights, increase product adoption, and streamline client workflows in order to help drive ROI
- Grow revenue in the vertical by driving net new business
- Increase renewal rates with our current client accounts
- Identify and lead upsell opportunities with new data sets

This is the perfect job for someone who:
- Strong understanding of SaaS and the Investment space
- An interest in working with leading global consultancy practices and communicating value we bring to their investment teams
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience navigating renewals and upsells (SaaS or data background preferred)
- Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues
- Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management
- Cross collaborative team player
- A love for storytelling with data and educating clients about your analysis!
