An established organisation is seeking a commercially driven relationship leader to play a pivotal role within a major transformation programme.

Joining during a critical implementation phase, you'll have the unique opportunity to help build and shape a new service before taking ownership of the ongoing client relationship, service delivery and growth strategy.

The Opportunity

Working closely with operational, technology, project and commercial teams, you'll help establish the foundations for a new service, ensuring successful mobilisation and a seamless transition into ongoing delivery.

Once operational, you'll become the trusted senior contact for key stakeholders, responsible for driving performance, enhancing service quality and identifying opportunities to strengthen the long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the mobilisation and implementation of a major client programme
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership structure
  • Provide strategic oversight of operational service delivery
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and governance forums
  • Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Monitor commercial performance, profitability and key business metrics
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the client partnership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Ensure effective risk management, compliance and governance standards

About You

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have experience leading complex client relationships within outsourcing, managed services, professional services, shared services or similarly complex operational environments.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience managing strategic client partnerships
  • Strong commercial, financial and operational acumen
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers
  • Experience leading large teams through management structures
  • Strong governance, reporting and performance management expertise
  • A track record of driving organisational improvement and growth
