Role Overview

You sit at the intersection of strategic enterprise growth, client success, and the HubSpot ecosystem. You operate with senior commercial gravitas, acting as a peer to marketing and sales directors while holding genuine credibility with CEOs and MDs.

Whether your background is as an Account Director, a Sales Director, or a Commercial Marketer, what matters most is your proven ability to consistently carry and hit a commercial number, own senior relationships, and operate as a true peer to senior-level executives. You think in terms of value-based selling, strategic account plans, and long-term partnerships - not just transactional selling.

You'll own the Upmarket/Enterprise clients, reporting to our senior leadership, and work closely with our Principal Consultants. You are highly self-directed, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a scaling function, and equally adept at driving major account expansion as you are at owning the commercial strategy for complex delivery projects.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Account Growth: Actively drive account expansion, introducing new services, and managing renewals and cross-sells within our Upmarket/Enterprise client base.
  • Proactive Relationship Management: Deliver the proactive, high-touch management required to cultivate growth opportunities within our largest and most strategic accounts.
  • Commercial Ownership & Growth: Take full ownership of the commercial client relationship to drive strategic growth. By leading the commercial strategy, you enable our Principal Consultants to focus entirely on leading and delivering complex, major deals. You are trusted as a peer and collaborative leader by our technical teams, not just tolerated as "sales."
  • HubSpot Ecosystem Management: Be fully responsive to the opportunities within HubSpot, actively managing the partner relationship and driving co-selling initiatives.
  • Commercial Strategy & RevOps: Run comprehensive account plans, forecast accurately, and manage your pipeline effectively to empower management with the data needed for strategic commercial decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
