Your Responsibilities

  • Driving customer adoption of products and services across the full Olympus portfolio, with a strong focus on value-based offerings
  • Owning the cross-business opportunity pipeline, working with Territory and Sales Managers to proactively identify and prioritise strategic opportunities for progression
  • Partnering with business units to align execution within the target customer group, supported by a comprehensive understanding of each BU’s strategy
  • Leading the local Strategic Account Team through regular structured engagements, both in person and virtually, fostering a strong team culture
  • Coordinating projects internally and externally, driving success as 'one Olympus'
  • Proactively building, owning and managing relationships with key customer stakeholders across your strategic accounts
  • Communicating complex commercial and financial concepts through concise, impactful presentations to key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with a wide range of colleagues across multiple departments, functions and levels
  • Working with a high degree of autonomy to identify, drive and deliver solutions to complex challenges, taking ownership of outcomes without direct people-management responsibility
  • Representing the Olympus core values and promoting high standards of commercial behaviours including pipeline, CRM and territory management
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the UK healthcare system and the local context within your accounts, acting as a subject matter expert
  • Acting as a key contributor to solution development, business reviews and long-term strategy
  • Analysing data and market insights to define customer segments and target opportunities, requiring strong Excel skills

Your Qualification

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of at least 5 years in MedTech delivering commercial success, with demonstrated expertise in the following areas:

  • Indirect and/or direct leadership experience
  • Managing complex sales cycles and projects
  • Solution development and delivery
  • Engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Building and managing long-term customer relationships
  • Analysing sales data and customer sales trends

This role covers selected accounts across the London and South East region. A significant proportion of both customer and internal meetings will be virtual. To be successful in this role you should be able to commute to London within a working day, when required. You should also be prepared to travel for internal meetings, customer visits and national events. A full and valid driving licence, is also required.
