Strategic Adviser — Enterprise Growth & Workforce Safety

Company: RosterWise

Location: Remote, with a focus on the UK market

Commitment: Part-time advisory role; approximately 4–6 hours per month, with scope and availability agreed together

Compensation: Equity only. Equity allocation and vesting subject to agreement.

About RosterWise

RosterWise is a workforce fatigue intelligence platform designed to help organisations understand how working patterns may contribute to fatigue and identify opportunities to improve roster design.

We are building for organisations where shift work, operational continuity and workforce safety matter. As we prepare for market entry, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Adviser to help us reach the right buyers, establish commercial partnerships and develop a repeatable approach to enterprise sales.

The opportunity

You will work directly with the founder to shape our commercial direction and help turn relevant industry relationships into meaningful customer conversations.

This role suits someone who has built, sold or procured workforce technology, occupational safety solutions or related enterprise services. You will bring practical judgement about what organisations buy, who influences the decision and what it takes to move from initial interest to a paid engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
