We’re iD Mobile, one of the UK’s leading mobile virtual network operators. We launched in May 2015 and have over 2.6 million Pay Monthly customers. We’re pretty sure our success has a lot to do with our wide range of feature-packed plans. We offer everything from super-value Pay-as-you-go and SIM-only deals, right up to the latest smartphones from the big-name manufacturers. We’re delighted about our success so far and have very ambitious plans for the future.
iD Mobile is an exciting place to work. We’re a relatively young and dynamic start-up, and we value innovation, imagination, and creativity. If you’ve got a great idea, we’ll help you run with it. We’re passionate about finding new ways to address our customers’ needs. We’re a little different to other start-ups, though, because we’re part of Currys PLC, Europe's leading electrical and mobile retailer. So, while iD Mobile has only been going for a few years, we’re part of a much bigger family.

- Translate agreed strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones and ownership, maintaining visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and delivery issues
- Track actions and commitments arising from leadership meetings and priority forums, driving timely follow-through and escalating slippage or blockers where needed
- Coordinate and improve executive-level materials, templates and reporting, ensuring outputs are concise, well structured and aligned to the agreed strategic narrative
- Build strong working relationships across the iD SLT and wider business to improve alignment, coordinate inputs and support joined-up delivery across priorities
- Support selected senior stakeholder meetings and follow-up activity where this improves visibility, decision-making and execution discipline
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning, governance and leadership-team effectiveness through better processes, tools and AI-enabled ways of working

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
