About The Role
Location: Raynesway, Derby
Contract: Full Time | Permanent
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Strategic Assets Administrator to join our team in Raynesway, Derby.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations and commercial processes of the Strategic Assets business. Working with stakeholders across the organisation and externally, you will help ensure administrative, financial, and operational activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and thrives on attention to detail.
What you'll be doing
As a Strategic Assets Administrator, You Will
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Process weekly timesheets accurately and within required timescales.
- Input and maintain data within financial systems.
- Manage the end-to-end supplier invoice process for internal and external customers.
- Support a range of financial and commercial administration activities.
- Maintain accurate records, process documentation, and manage office systems.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and control procedures are followed at all times.
- Produce reports and provide data to support business requirements.
Who we're looking for
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to respond to issues with urgency and professionalism.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- An understanding of when to escalate issues appropriately.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using a range of business systems.
