At RemoteStar, we're building a next-generation, AI-powered tech hiring platform designed to eliminate friction, drastically reduce time-to-hire, and connect top global engineering talent with world-class companies.

We believe the future of HR belongs to those who combine cutting-edge AI technology with deep human networks — and we're looking for a Strategic Business Development Partner to drive that growth on the front lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and prospect founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders at high-growth companies struggling with tech talent acquisition.
  • Outbound Strategy: Build and execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, warm intros, events) to generate qualified conversations with target accounts.
  • Deal Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle — from first touch through discovery, pitch, and close — in partnership with our BD and account management team.
  • Market Intelligence: Bring ground-level insight on how AI is reshaping talent acquisition, feeding directly into product roadmap and positioning decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
