About The Role
We're looking for an inspiring and commercially minded manager to join our UK Commercial team, responsible for our Strategic Business Development function. In this high-impact role, you'll work collaboratively across the business to identify emerging opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive sustainable growth across key sectors.
You'll play a pivotal role in understanding evolving customer needs and translating them into strategic product and service solutions across Domino's portfolio, helping to position Domino as the coding partner of choice. Guiding a talented team, you'll foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement while demonstrating Domino's expertise as a world-class provider of printing solutions and services.
This remote role provides an excellent platform for career development, giving you exposure to a broad range of commercial activities and future progression opportunities within Domino.
About You
You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth within technical or industrial environments. You will combine strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and a results-focused approach. You'll have:
- Strong ability to support, evaluate and interpret data, turning insights into meaningful business strategies.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for the development of sales tools and reporting.
- Experience generating new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Knowledge of printing, labelling, coding, and marking technologies.
- Experience within industrial packaging environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in using LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and the promotion of the Domino brand, products, and services.
- A curious and tenacious approach, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
- The ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and personal targets.
