About Flat Rock Technology

Flat Rock Technology is an established global technology services business with over 18 years' experience helping organisations solve complex technology challenges.

With delivery centres across the UK, Bulgaria, Georgia, Sri Lanka and Costa Rica, we support clients throughout Europe and North America with specialist expertise across:

  • Software Engineering
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Cyber Security
  • Data Engineering
  • AI & Machine Learning
  • DevOps & Platform Engineering
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Our teams have successfully delivered projects and long-term technology partnerships for organisations ranging from fast-growing scale-ups to global enterprises.

Now, we're building on that success by launching a dedicated Technology Consulting practice, giving clients rapid access to experienced technology specialists who can solve critical business challenges quickly.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to build a new revenue stream within an established international technology business.

Unlike many consulting start-ups, you won't be selling an unproven proposition or trying to build credibility from scratch. You'll be backed by 18 years of successful technology delivery, an international team of specialists and an established client base.

Our expertise already exists.
Our delivery capability already exists.
Our reputation already exists.

The opportunity is to take those capabilities to market in a different way.

Rather than delivering large, long-term managed services or outsourced teams, you'll help organisations access specialist technology expertise exactly when they need it, whether that's for a critical project, a transformation programme, technical leadership or a complex delivery challenge.

We're creating a business that focuses on:

  • Rapid access to specialist IT expertise.
  • Immediate impact on business-critical initiatives.
  • Flexible consulting engagements.
  • High-value on demand and fractional technology leadership.
  • Accelerating technology transformation through expert delivery.

You'll have the freedom to shape this business, influence our go-to-market strategy and build long-term relationships with senior technology leaders across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
