Drive Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation as a Strategic Business Development Representative

Transport & Logistics Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.
What Makes This Role Great
In this role, you will take ownership of a select portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise accounts, orchestrating deep executive-level engagement and driving long-cycle, strategic outcomes. You will work side-by-side with senior sales leaders, participating in demos, workshops, and on-site visits to solve complex logistics challenges and build transformative industry partnerships.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive account plans and multi-threaded stakeholder maps for high-value Tier 1 enterprise targets.
- Engage C-suite and senior functional leaders with provocative, insight-driven narratives and consultative discovery.
- Collaborate closely with strategic sales teams on deal strategy, executive workshops, and on-site customer engagements.
- Capture and synthesize market intelligence to influence strategic messaging, playbooks, and team enablement.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles, preferably within enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and develop complex, multi-threaded enterprise opportunities.
- Exceptional consultative discovery, executive communication, and value-quantification skills.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Fluency in English plus fluency in at least one additional language.
Bonus Points For
- Commercial experience within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Bachelor degree in logistics, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with modern sales engagement and intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Gong.
