About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Strategic Campaign Operations to join the strategic communications function of a globally recognized, research-led institution in central London.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on campaign delivery, operational planning and cross-functional coordination. You will work across multiple teams and delivery partners to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, communicated and delivered to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery level — able to manage upwards, influence senior stakeholders and also get directly involved in the detail required to keep campaigns moving.
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone who can confidently move between strategy and execution — someone who can present to senior leadership, manage upwards and coordinate multiple delivery partners, while remaining close enough to the detail to personally drive campaigns forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
