Make change matter

As we enter an exciting new chapter, we are launching our three-year strategy (FY27-FY29), a bold programme designed to strengthen our impact, grow our influence, and ensure we remain fit for the future. To help us deliver this transformation, we are looking for an exceptional Strategic Change Lead to play a pivotal role in turning strategic ambition into sustainable organisational change.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Programme Director, this is an opportunity for a highly skilled change professional to lead the people side of our strategic transformation across the organisation. What you’ll do

  • Establish a practical change framework.
  • Build and support a network of change champions.
  • Equip leaders to lead change confidently.
  • Create engaging communications, tools and training that help colleagues navigate change successfully.
  • Use data, insight and feedback to measure adoption, monitor readiness, and continually improve our approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
