Job Description

The Accor Luxury & Lifestyle Global Sales team is looking for a Strategic Clients Coordinator Europe to support two Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle UK Directors in daily business operations and take ownership of the end-to-end commercial conversion of MICE and event opportunities across the UK & Ireland market.

Your main responsibilities are:

Daily Business Support

  • Receiving meeting requests directly from directors or clients/agencies
  • Qualifying new requests by asking additional questions, calling clients or confirming via email
  • Venue searching and selection of most appropriate hotels for the brief
  • Working on requests from initial enquiry through to contract signature
  • Taking part in the negotiation process regarding terms and conditions, payments, special needs and prices, acting as intermediary between client and hotel
  • Chasing hotels for RFP responses from MB/Delphi/Cvent/Anais
  • Chasing hotels for signed contracts and updates on MB – Connex booking

CRM & Data Management

  • Keeping all enquiries updated via ANAIS system (Salesforce)
  • Regularly updating system activity and enquiry process, status changes (Bid, Close or Won)
  • Ensuring all new business is loaded correctly and revenue is added
  • Maintaining and updating the database to facilitate B2B communications

Commercial Development

  • Promoting the global Accor luxury & lifestyle hotel portfolio
  • Developing revenue from existing luxury partners and generating new business
  • Supporting Directors in Corporate RFP processes
  • Supporting Strategic Clients Directors UK & in preparing actions to animate their markets Ireland
  • Engaging on social media platforms and identifying opportunities

Brand & Team

  • Acting as brand ambassador and embodying Accor's values in every interaction
  • Attending business meetings including hotel presentations and training

Qualifications

Background

  • Bachelor's Degree (BAC +4)
  • First professional experience in hospitality or tourism
  • Fluent professional English
  • Practical knowledge of Office 365
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of tools: ANAIS (Salesforce), Outlook, Microsoft Office, Cvent, MB/Delphi
