Job Title: Strategic Comms Engagement Lead
Location: Warwick (1/2 days per week onsite) / Hybrid
Contract: 12 months initial (strong likelihood of extension)
Our client is seeking a passionate and proactive Strategic Comms Engagement Lead to join their dynamic Asset Management department. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of enhancing the visibility and influence of Asset Management within the organisation, driving engagement and fostering a culture of communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with departmental priorities and transformation activities, ensuring a consistent narrative is communicated across the department and its stakeholders.
- Craft a strategic brand repositioning strategy for Asset Management, aimed at elevating its profile and engaging targeted audiences with compelling calls to action.

Knowledge, Experience, And Skills Required
- Proven experience in developing and delivering internal communications plans or brand campaigns for a large department or business unit.
- Highly organised and self-directed, with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, adept at engaging with all levels within the organisation.
