Communications Strategist

Insight Global is seeking a Communications Strategist to support a large-scale global Learning & Development transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for developing and executing communication and change management strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across a diverse employee population. The successful candidate will create compelling content across multiple channels, manage stakeholder communications throughout the change journey, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and effective learner experience. This individual will combine strategic thinking, exceptional writing skills, project management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to deliver impactful communications in a fast-paced, global environment.

This is a contract-based role and is a hybrid onsite model in London.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or change communications within consulting, professional services, or large corporate environments.
  • Experience developing and delivering communication strategies for organizational change, transformation programmes, or technology implementations.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience creating communications across digital channels, including email, intranet, and marketing platforms.
  • Ability to analyse communication effectiveness and use metrics to improve engagement and adoption.
  • Experience supporting global audiences with an understanding of cultural differences and localisation of messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
