About the role

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will design and contribute activities to support positive retention and expansion opportunity realisation, in partnership with Account Management strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

For an identified portfolio, your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Account Management on commercial goal realisation
  • Identifying and mitigating churn risk indications
  • Identifying and surfacing expansion opportunities
  • Building meaningful relationships in pursuit of references
  • Average Portfolio Size: 10-16 customers

Key deliverables

To the identified portfolio, your key deliverables include:

  • Owning Operational strategy (Account Management owns commercial execution)
  • Identifying efficiency opportunities
  • Enabling solution adoption
  • Advancing user proficiency

About you

Proven experience in SaaS Solution Consulting, Technical Sales or Customer Success Management

  • Consultative as standard: never applying the same resolution to different problems
  • Using data, discovery, and conversational nuance to design efficient solution designs
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills - able to communicate difficult concepts in clear language across varying communication tools with respect given to differing learning modes
  • Strong Collaboration skills – understands individual value and appreciates participation from multiple stakeholders to draw proactive conclusions
  • Superior Time Management – a realistic understanding of task time, scheduling, delivering outcomes to deadlines, and ensuring communication is always circular

Nice to have

  • AEC/O Industry experience
  • Bluebeam Revu and advanced solutions skills a significant plus
  • Project Management experience
  • Consulting experience - applying technological solutions to documented user cases
  • Any European language skills is desirable
  • Published works, contributions to articles or stories and/or speaking engagements as an AEC industry expert especially within the public sector
