Dealmaker — Origination & Transactions | London | c.£100k base + uncapped commission + equity
Triarc is retained on a confidential search for a young, well-backed London AI business that has built a very successful commercial model around disrupting a large, legacy, fragmented market — one still served mainly by manual processes and legacy intermediaries. Our client is using leading edge AI to disrupt this market but is highly mindful of the need for people to build, lead and develop client relationships.
That is the core of this role, partner with senior leaders and run the deal process that will help them to acquire new technology.
As a proven dealmaker you will be used to working with CFO's, Heads of M&A and General Counsels. You'll be a highly consultative person who is used to working with them firstly to establish the business need and secondly to run the business process of closing deals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
