Summary

This is a new senior leadership role responsible for driving innovation in strategic development, delivery and transformation of integrated primary care services. You will lead the alignment of General Practice with wider system partners and develop models for providing at scale services to support Multiple Neighbourhood Provider (MNP) contracts and Single neighbourhood Provider (SNP) contracts.

The role combines strategic planning, transformational change and contract management for quality, efficiency and effectiveness alongside strong relationship building to ensure long term sustainability and improved patient outcomes. This role focuses on providing the strategic direction and momentum to move towards General Practice at scale and the wider partnership of Primary Care. Internally, you will work closely with all Directorates across KH CIC in particular; the Training Hub, Corporate Services and Integrated Urgent Care Service (IUCS) leads to ensure a seamless delivery of programmes and services across Primary Care. Externally you will be working with wider primary care colleagues across Pharmacy, Optometry and Dentistry and in particular all General Practice shareholders, Practice Managers, Strategic PCN managers and evolving neighbourhood teams.
