Strategic Events Associate
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
We are looking for a Strategic Events Associate who will help bring Coralogix's large-scale trade shows and flagship events across EMEA to life. These are our biggest, highest-stakes moments in the region, and this role is all about execution: you'll support the planning and own the day-to-day logistics that make these events run flawlessly on the ground. You'll be reporting to the VP of Demand Generation & Field Marketing.
The objective of this role is to help turn our flagship EMEA events into pipeline. You'll execute the details before, during, and after each show that turn attendees into qualified opportunities and revenue.
This is a fast-moving, detail-obsessed role for someone who loves logistics, stays calm under pressure, and can roll with the punches; you keep a dozen plates spinning without dropping one, reprioritize on the fly when a plan changes, and find a way to get it done.
This is a hybrid role (not remote). We're looking for someone based in London, UK, where we have an office, with regular in-office days each week.
What You'll Do:
- Support the end-to-end execution of Coralogix's large-scale tradeshows and flagship events across EMEA.
- Help manage the EMEA event calendar and logistics timeline, keeping every workstream on track.
- Coordinate booth build, sponsorships, speaking slots, shipping, and on-site setup with vendors and partners.
- Manage vendor and agency coordination day-to-day, holding them to timelines and quality.
- Handle attendee registration, invitations, badge and lead capture, and CRM data hygiene.
- Track event spend against budget and flag risks proactively.
- Manage the event toolkit, swag inventory, booth assets, and shipping logistics.
- Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up with field marketing and the SDR/BDR teams to convert attendees into qualified meetings.
- Support on-site execution at events: setup, staffing coordination, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Help build post-event recaps that report attendance, pipeline sourced and influenced, and lessons learned for the next show.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering).
- Familiarity with major EMEA technology tradeshows and event platforms such as Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
- Experience supporting events across multiple EMEA markets.
Who You Are:
- Do-what-it-takes: you own outcomes, not just tasks, and you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Adaptable and unflappable: plans change, things break, and you roll with the punches without losing the thread.
- Detail-obsessed: you sweat the small stuff that makes a big event feel effortless.
- Bias for action: you move fast, follow through, and stay organized under pressure.
Why You'll Love It Here:
You'll play a hands-on role in the events that define our presence in EMEA — with real ownership of execution and a direct line to pipeline impact. You'll join a demand gen team that treats field and event marketing as a growth driver, not an afterthought, and you'll see the results of your work in the room, in the CRM, and in the deals that follow. It's a great seat to learn, grow, and make a visible impact fast. We offer competitive compensation, meaningful career growth, and a culture that values people who sweat the details.
Our Culture:
We hire for three traits above all: hungry, humble, and smart. We move fast, we challenge each other, and we share a real conviction that observability is overdue for change. If you want a seat at the table while we build the next major player in this space, we'd love to talk.
Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
