At Snowflake

We are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of strategic events across EMEA, including executive programmes, conferences, workshops, and Snowflake owned events.
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue research, supplier coordination, delegate management, registration tracking, catering, signage, branded materials, shipping, run-of-show documents, and on-site support.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, communications, partner teams, executives, customer success, agencies, vendors, and external speakers.
  • Contribute to event project plans, timelines, trackers, briefing documents, and status updates to ensure teams remain aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Support attendee experience from invitation through to post-event follow-up, helping ensure every touchpoint feels polished, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Help maintain event data and reporting, including registration lists, attendance tracking, feedback summaries, lead capture, budget updates, and post-event performance analysis.
  • Conduct research into venues, competitors, industry trends, audience segments, event formats, and best practices to help the team continuously improve.
  • Support content and communications for events, including agenda drafts, speaker bios, event descriptions, briefing notes, invitation copy, and post-event summaries.
  • Assist with partner and sponsor coordination where relevant, helping ensure deliverables are tracked and executed effectively.
  • Provide on-site support at selected events, helping with registration, guest experience, speaker coordination, room setup, troubleshooting, and general event operations.
  • Bring fresh thinking to how Snowflake can create engaging, inclusive, and memorable event experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
