Have you built your career supporting senior leaders in investor relations, fundraising or private markets environments and are now looking for a role where you can genuinely operate as a business partner rather than simply an assistant?

We're partnering with a leading global investment firm to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a group of senior leaders across Investor Relations, Fundraising and Strategic Capital initiatives. This is a highly visible role at the centre of investor engagement, fundraising activity and senior stakeholder management.

Working alongside some of the firm's most commercially focused teams, you'll act as a genuine business partner, helping senior executives operate at their best while navigating an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant position. We're looking for someone who anticipates needs before they arise, thrives on complexity and takes real ownership.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing highly complex diaries across multiple senior stakeholders and international time zones
  • Coordinating intricate global travel and multi-city itineraries
  • Supporting investor meetings, fundraising initiatives, roadshows and client-facing activity
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing CRM activity, meeting tracking and stakeholder engagement processes
  • Supporting events, projects and strategic business initiatives
  • Handling expenses, invoices and executive administration
  • Driving efficiencies through technology, process improvement and AI-enabled tools

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
